The Oregon Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is exploring options for a Training Management System, as indicated through RFI #DASPS-3377-20 (CJIS GROUP TR #131831). OEM desires to more efficiently and effectively manage the coordination and delivery of training courses, primarily instructor-led ones. Currently, this coordination is done primarily via worksheets and email, especially registration, confirmation of prerequisites, and issuance of course completion certificates.
The Oregon Office of Emergency Management (OEM) released RFI #DASPS-3377-20 and is available on the Oregon Procurement website, with responses due on March 5th, 2020. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information, including a non-binding price estimate, from interested vendors providing a training management system solution. This RFI may or may not result in a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses provided to this RFI will only be used for general information and will not be considered binding on any party. Responses or the lack of a response, to the RFI will not have an impact on any later RFP selection process. The contact is Logan Collin, Oregon Department of Administrative Services, who can be reached at Collim.Logan@Oregon.gov.
